We want you to be completely satisfied with your Greek language learning journey. If you need to return a purchase, please review our policy below.

1. Physical Books & Learning Materials

Under EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of physical books within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at Email us, with your order number and request a return.
2. Ship the items back to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.

Return Conditions

• Condition of Items: To qualify for a full refund, physical books must be returned in their original, pristine condition—unopened, unused, unmarked, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of Purchase: All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt, invoice, or order confirmation.
• Return Shipping Costs: Unless the product arrived damaged or defective, you (the customer) are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned books, we will send you an email confirmation. We will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned package.

2. Digital Products & Downloads (e-Books, PDFs, Audio)

Under EU law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once the download or streaming has started.

• Final Sale: All purchases of digital books, PDFs, audio files, or downloadable materials are final and non-refundable once the download link has been generated or accessed.
• By purchasing digital content on our website, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download process begins.
• Technical Issues: If you experience any technical difficulties downloading or accessing your digital files, please contact us immediately, and we will ensure you receive a working copy.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging our Greek learning books, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

• Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days at Email us, with your order number and clear photos of the damage or the incorrect item.
• If we verify that the item is damaged or incorrect, we will send a replacement copy free of charge or issue a full refund (including original and return shipping costs).
